Pirates Earn All-Western State Conference Honors
Four Pirates have earned first team All-Western State Conference honors for their play during the 2026 season as voted upon by the conference coaches. Victor Peyrebonne earned a first team nod for No. 3 singles and was first team All-WSC in No. 3 doubles with Shingo Ono. Meanwhile anis Guerrout and Ariitea Cotti-Helme were named first team all-conference in Nos. 5 and 6 singles, respectively.

Meanwhile Yanis Guerrout and Ariitea Cotti-Helme were named first team all-conference in Nos. 5 and 6 singles, respectively.
Peyrebonne, a freshman from Saint-Pierre, La Reunion, France, was a perfect 6-0 in singles play against conference opponents in his No. 3 slot. He also posted a 5-0 record with Ono, who is a first-year Pirate from Kagoshima, Japan, in conference play in the No. 3 doubles matches.
Guerrout, meanwhile, was also undefeated in conference singles matches. The sophomore from Paris, France posted a 4-0 mark from his No. 5 singles position. Cotti-Helme, a second-year player from Punaauia, Tahiti, also posted an unblemished record playing primarily in the No. 6 singles slot.
Freshman Caua Coimbra, sophomore Yusen Sato and freshman Abladj Mondroha were named second-team All-WSC in Nos. 1, 2 and 4 singles, respectively, while Coimbra and Mondroha earned second team all-conference honors in No. 1 doubles.
