Pirate Soccer to Play Milestone Game
The VC women's soccer team travels to San Luis Obispo Tuesday in what otherwise would be a non-descript late October Western State Conference fixture at Cuesta College, but it is not. Instead the contest is a milestone game for the Pirates. When Ventura takes the pitch against the Cougars, it will be the team's 650th overall game and 350th WSC match-up since the program's inception 1996, all under legendary head coach Steve Hoffman.
