Pirates Drop Season Finale
In a non-conference contest, the Pirates' women's soccer team closed out their regular season dropping a 5-1 decision to San Bernardino Valley College Friday at the Sportsplex. Meanwhile Moorpark was drawing with Los Angeles Pierce to seal VC's second place finish in the Western State Conference to the Brahmas by a single point in the standings. AJ Tewes scored the lone goal for the Pirates (14-4-2, 9-2-1) in the 30th minute off of an assist from Miranda Campos.

WOMEN'S SOCCER: In a non-conference contest, the Pirates' women's soccer team closed out their regular season dropping a 5-1 decision to San Bernardino Valley College Friday at the Sportsplex. Meanwhile Moorpark was drawing with Los Angeles Pierce to seal VC's second place finish in the Western State Conference to the Brahmas by a single point in the standings. AJ Tewes scored the lone goal for the Pirates (14-4-2, 9-2-1) in the 30th minute off of an assist from Miranda Campos.
The Pirates will await their playoff seeing, to be released early next week. They most likely will begin the playoffs at home on Saturday Nov. 23 at a time to be determined.
