Olivia Badaracco, Women's Swimming & Diving - Week of April 28
Olivia Badaracco finished off the 2025 swim season in style last weekend at the 3C2A State Championships in Santa Rosa. The freshman from Lake Havasu City, AZ set two school records while claiming two bronze medals at the championships while placing in another individual event and with three relay teams. She swam the 100-yard backstroke in 58.23 to break a 12-year-old record in the event and touched in 2:05.45 in the 200-yard back to set another school standard. Additionally, she finished 11th in the state in the 50-yard freestyle and was part of the 200- and 800-yard freestyle relays along with the 200-yard medley relay, all of which earned team points at the state championships.
